Just write an email as you normally would - Team Secrets adds a simple “Encrypt” button to your Gmail compose window so you can enable secure encryption for all of your attachments.
2 factor authentication and expiration
Require 2-factor authentication using a recipient's mobile number. Add an extra layer of security by requiring a passphrase. Set an expiration timer in days, weeks or months.
Verify recipients with mobile phone 2FA
Require that secret viewers verify their identity via text message using their mobile phone. Team Secrets even uses your Gmail address book to suggest mobile numbers for existing contacts making it easy to get extra security.
Generate unguessable passphrases
Team Secrets generates an unguessable secure random passphrase you can require your recipient to know. Copy and paste it easily to share with your recipient through another secure channel.
Anyone can receive encrypted attachments
Unlike other encrypted email providers, anyone can receive encrypted attachments without registering and with no software to install. They simply need to be able to receive email and enter a code received on their mobile phone or use the passphrase you provide (or both).
